PURPOSE:To ensure the automatic control of schedules between members by securing the mutual connection among scheduling expert systems of plural units via a network. CONSTITUTION:The scheduling expert systems SES1-4 and 10 of a single unit respectively are formed with computers ES exclusive for individuals or groups connected with each other. Each system SES stores the schedule state of each member. In case the schedule of a conference, etc., is set in a certain system SES, a schedule setting request is given to the SES to which the member related to the relevant schedule belongs through a local area network N and a communication circuit T. Thus the SES answers the schedule state of the member in place of the relevant member. Thus it is possible to control the schedules between members. |
