PURPOSE:To reduce the same phase mode switching noise by a method wherein an electrostatically shielding layer is provided between a primary winding and a secondary winding, and moreover a voltage induced on one side of the secondary winding and a voltage induced on another side of the secondary winding are negated. CONSTITUTION:The neutral point of the secondary winding 28 of a transformer 25 is opened to form the secondary windings 28a, 28b, and a half-wave rectifying diode 34 is connected between the open edges 44, 45 thereof to construct a negating means. Moreover the electrostatically shielding layer 46 is interposed between the primary winding 27 and the secondary windings 28a, 28b, and the electrostatically shielding layer 46 thereof is connected to a terminal 18a on the primary side constituting a zero electric potential point (stationary edge) of the AC current of the primary winding 27. A terminal 18b on the primary side is also the stationary edge, and the same effect is obtained even when the electrostatically shielding layer 46 is connected to the terminal 18b on the primary side. |
