PURPOSE: To eliminate the dreg of coffee powder remaining on a scraper or the filter surface and to extract thereafter a tasty coffee by storing hot water in a washing cup and then pouring this hot water to wash the surface of a nylon filter with a scraper. CONSTITUTION: When the extraction dreg of coffee are removed, washing hot water is stored in a washing cup 30 via an unshown washing nozzle. Then, a wire 10 is loosened, and a cup part 23, a filter part 24 and the cup 30 are moved to the left by the coil springs 12 and 17 which are attached to the rods 13 and 18. At the same time, the filter part 24 is stopped by a projection 22 of a frame 21. Then the cup part 23 and the cup 30 are move farther to the left. Thus, the hot water contained in the cup 30 flows down through a hole 31 to wash the surface of the filter part 24 with a scraper 8, and the dreg of coffee drop down to an unshown coffee dreg sink part. |
