VOICE RESPONSE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To allow the user of a voice response device to revise or register additionally a voice text replied as required by using a hard disk storing a data processing software program in place of a read only memory as a sound source memory in common. CONSTITUTION:A pushbutton signal from pushphones 81-8n is received by a line control unit 6, the signal is converted into a digital code signal and a work station 1 reads out a voice file from a hard disk 3 in response to the combination of the received codes and sends it in voice to the pushphone of an opposite party via a voice synthesis section 2 and a line control unit 6. The voice response is switched into the recording mode by the combination of pushbutton signals of the pushphones 81-8n and the response voice is revised freely from a microphone 11. Thus, the replied voice is revised and added freely and the voice from an opposite party is recorded and registered not only to the response voice output corresponding to the code signal from the opposite party.
