<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the input of undesired information due to the inadvertent touches to the display screen of a display device, by touching a prescribed area of the display screen to invalidate the responses to the touches of other parts of the screen. CONSTITUTION:A radar chart of information on the blood circulation movement obtained on a certain date is displayed in a graphic display area 14 of a display screen 10. In case an entire touch function of the screen 10 is active, a touch is given to the 3rd higher column 3 among a column group displaying data at the right side of the screen 10. Thus the column 3 has a black/white inverted display and at the same time a pattern corresponding to the data on the column 3 is displayed in the area 14. Under such conditions, a touch is given to a part where 'radar chart' is displayed. Thus a display 'radar chart touch-off' is shown in a title area 12 and at the same time no touch function is secured on the screen 10 excluding the area 12. Then the touch-off state is released with the second touch to the same area on the screen 10.</p> |
