PURPOSE: To exactly control the state of a liquid to be coated by releasing the compressed liquid through a fine orifice and injecting conical compressed air having a coaxial contrast property with the liquid stream simultaneously therewith, thereby intersecting the air with the liquid stream described above. CONSTITUTION: The compressed liquid is released through the fine orifice O' noninductively to a spray form along the preselected direction. The conical compressed air is injected, simultaneously therewith, from an annular conical air chamber 6 having the coaxial contrast property with the liquid stream and is intersected with the liquid stream below the orifice O'. Consequently, the state, spread and pattern of the liquid for coating the surface placed in a lower part may be so controlled as to continuously and periodically form the exact range and contour.
