SIGNAL TRACE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PMC

PURPOSE:To process a signal within a short period by collecting a specific signal to be traced in a trace buffer by a dummy rudder command and tracing the signal. CONSTITUTION:A programmable machine control (PMC) is provided with a RAM10 to constitute RAM1 to be monitored and the trace buffer 2. A monitoring means 21 for monitoring a conditional signal for the RAM1 to be monitored and a write control means 22 for writing a trace signal data in the buffer 2 based on a signal outputted from the means 21 are arranged to constitute a PMC signal trace control system. A rudder command for collecting a signal to be traced in a location R510 is added. Since trace can be attained only by one tracing operation by reading out the contents of the location R510 and writing the read contents in the buffer 2, the processing can be executed within a short period.
