PURPOSE: To enable centering at high efficiency and accuracy, make wick materials scarcely clogged and allow the number of workers to be largely reduced by letting wick materials arranged lengthwise in a line within hopper and falling on conveyer one after another from the bottom. CONSTITUTION: Two lateral aces 16 and 17 of hopper 1 are slanted inward from the top to the bottom, and wick material A inputted to the hopper 1 automatically fall downward. Formed at its lower part has been lineup portion 15 in which only one wick material A enters. According to this, the wick materials A inputted to the hopper 1 line up vertically in line at the lineup portion 15. Shoot 6 is installed between conveyer 3 and centerless grinder 4 so as to prevent wick material A fed through the conveyer 3 from getting caught by another wick material A fallen from the hopper 1. Also, optical fiber sensor 5 detect if the wick material A sent out from the centerless grinder 4 has been clogged on the way. With this procedure, supply of the wick material A to the centerless grinder is smoothly conducted. |
