PURPOSE:To easily and firmly fix a spherical lens to a lens holder extending over a long period of time, by pressurizing simultaneously the periphery of a stepped hole for containing the spherical lens, at an equal interval by two pieces or more of punches, and forming a collapse part. CONSTITUTION:A stepped hole 4 is provided so that even if a spherical lens is inserted, it is stopped on the way, and the spherical lens is held in its stepped 4a part. In such a state, the periphery of the hole is pressurized simultaneously by two pieces or more of punches, at an equal interval from the center, a collapse part 3 is formed, and by inclining the periphery of the hole, the spherical lens is fixed. Also, in this fixation, no resin is used, therefore, a misalignment of the lens caused by deformation and deterioration of the resin is not generated. In such a way, the structure is fixed by a metal, instead of a resin, therefore, the lens is fixed stably extending over a long period of time. |
