PURPOSE:To obtain a stable travel quality through the prevention of the occurrence of the reverse phase vibration of a rotational speed at a space between right and left drive wheels by providing respectively at respective drive wheel speed control means, control quantity correctional means which correct the quantity of control according to the control quantity of the other brake device. CONSTITUTION:A slip quantity calculating means M5 inputs the signals from right and left drive wheel speed detection means M3L, M3R, and together with the average speed detected by means of a standard speed detecting means M4, operates respective brake devices M6L, M6R through drive wheel speed controlling means M7L, M7R when the quantity of slip becomes more than a reference value, and controls the rotation of drive wheels M2L, M2R. In this instance, when the brake device M6 on one side or M6R is operated, the control quantity of the brake device M6L or M6R is reflected on the control quantity of the other brake device by means of control quantity correctional means M8R or M8L, and the other brake device M6R or M6L is also operated. Thus, the reverse phase vibration of a rotational speed at a space between right and left drive wheels does not occur, and a constantly stable travel quality can be obtained.
