The present invention relates to the fitting of a skip into a van. This device due to its mechanical and hydraulic mechanism facilitates and modifies the loading and unloading of all types of materials. This device consists in fastening two rails, by clamping to the chassis of the van, on which rails is fitted a carriage, equipped with rollers mounted on ball-bearings making it possible, by sliding, to overhang beyond the rear of the vehicle. On this carriage two longitudinal members fixed longitudinally and arranged with an articulation system make it possible to fix the skip as well as to tilt it. Tilting takes place by a hydraulic means mounted at the rear of the carriage. This hydraulic means allows a lever arm located under the skip to be raised, bringing about the tilting of the latter in combination with the two articulation pins. <IMAGE>
