PURPOSE: To solve complicatedness at a dividend receiving window by identifying a bettor by a collating means, executing a bet based upon inputted information and changing personal information based upon the input information and race result information. CONSTITUTION: The collating means 111 identifies a seated bettor going to bet a race. A personal information storing means 151 stores bettor's personal information including balance information 153. Information related to a bet is inputted by an input means 121 based upon the balance information 153. When the bettor is identified by the means 111, a betting means 131 wets a required race in accordance with the information inputted from the means 121. A changing means 141 inputs the information of the means 131 and race result information 143, and after the end of the race, changes the personal information stored in the means 151 based upon these information. After sitting on a seat, a bettor can directly bet a race from a terminal. |
