A combined unit for leisure and relaxation, of adjustable height, able to transform into a living-room table, dining table or cocktail table having a fireplace in its centre, adaptable for inside or outside use under a specially designed shelter. It is formed of a table 1 specially fitted to receive a fireplace 3, separated from the table by a grating 6 and a guard 7. The legs 4 of the table 1 are adjustable in height and fitted with wheels 11. The whole is covered with a hood 12, a chimney 25 and a fan 36 adjustable in height and positioned either internally or externally under a specially designed shelter having removable curtains 30. <IMAGE>
