PURPOSE:To perform the control which is easy to set and uses capacitors different in capacity, by operating a making level and the breaking level based on the set value of a setting means. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 102 reads in the measured reactive power value detected by a reactive power detecting part 101 and the measured active power value detected by an active power detecting part 108 and judges whether the active power value exceeds the active power level or not. A control signal output means outputs a making control signal if the active power exceeds the active power level and the reactive power exceeds the making level, and the control signal output means outputs a break control signal if the active power is lower than the active power level or the reactive power exceeds the breaking level. Capacitors which should be made or broken out of capacitors 62a, 62b, and 62c are determined by the signal from a relay control part 107. The change of the set value or the like is facilitated, and the control using capacitors different in capacity is possible. |
