<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a constitution and eliminate the need for high precision necessary to manufacture, to reduce the production cost, and improve productivity, by a method wherein a piston, which sucks and forcibly discharges fluid, is so constituted as to additionally possess the function of a discharge valve, and besides, it is formed by an elastic material. CONSTITUTION:A piston moving range 10, in which a recess with proper width is formed in the direction of the axis of the piston rod 9 along a peripheral direction, is provided at an outer periphery in the vicinity of the point of a piston rod 9, and an annular piston 7, which is formed so as to be slidable over the moving range 10, engages with the moving range 10. The annular piston 7 is formed such that, when the piston rod 9 enters a cylinder 6, the piston is pressed by fluid sealed in the cylinder and is movable in a reverse direction to the advancing direction of the piston rod 9, opened to the moving range 10, and regulates a communicating hole 8, communicating with a discharge port side 3 through the piston rod 9, and functions as a discharge valve. Additionally, the piston is made of an elastic material, and this simplifies its constitution, enables production of a device at a low cost, and permits the improvement of productivity.</p> |
