PURPOSE:To remove third harmonic waves and to generate an accurate sine wave voltage by disposing unit elements for forming a unit magnetoresistance effect element at a predetermined pitch, and connecting the unit elements in series to fold them one and a half. CONSTITUTION:In three unit elements m1-m3 of unit magnetoresistance effect elements M1-M4, in case of terminals p and q, q of m1 is connected to q of m2, p of the m2 is connected to p of m3, the p of the m1 is connected in series with the q of the m3, and the three unit elements are folded one and a half at the pitch of 2pi/9. The arranging pitch of the unit elements M1-M4 is pi. As a result, the effect of combination of the resistance changes of the three unit elements is represented to remove the third harmonic wave. |
