PURPOSE:To enable a molding and cutting machine for food materials to vary the size of the material to be cut readily in a wide range, by adjusting the eccentricity of the crank pin to the crankshaft to control the vertical stroke of the machine body. CONSTITUTION:The sliding block 22 is allowed to slide toward the depression 20a in the crankcase 20 by loosening the locking nut 25 and turning the adjusting bolt 24 thereby the eccentricity of the crank pin 21 to the crankshaft 18 is adjusted. Then, the double nut 25 is driven to adjust the stroke of the lift 3 and the molding and cutting machine 550 thereby the cutting size are controlled. The projections 58a in the frame 56 is pulled out of the groove 47a of the gearcase in the transmission 45, while the thumbscrew 57 is loosened. Thus, the major body of the molding and cutting machine can be detached, as the operation lever is left remaining on the side of the transmission mechanism 45. |
