发明名称 METHOD FOR APPARATUS FOR CHARGING RAW MATERIAL IN BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To uniformize grain size distribution without any grain size segregation in raw material conveying process by arranging repulsion plate at connecting part of plural belt conveyors conveying the raw material to furnace top in a blast furnace and building in partition plate at each of one pair of fixed hoppers in the furnace top. CONSTITUTION:In the connecting part between upstream belt conveyor 2-1 and downstream belt conveyor 2-2 for conveying the raw material to the furnace top, a hopper chute 20 having upper opening part 20-1 and lower opening part 20-2 is arranged and the repulsion plate 20-3 is built in the inner part thereof. By this constitution, the raw material dropping from the upstream belt conveyor 2-1 is bumped to the repulsion plate 20-3 and dropped to the center part in the downstream belt conveyor 2-2 and the grain size segregation to width direction is eliminated to come in the fixed hoppers 4 in the furnace top. The fixed hoppers 4 are parallel set in two and each inner part is divided to diagonal direction by the partition plate 4-2, so that the raw material charges at equal quantity into each and discharge of the raw material is restrained by funnel-like stream and variety of the grain size with the lapse of time is uniformized. By this method, stabilization of the furnace condition in the blast furnace is obtd. under bib effect.
