摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an extremely large displacement by a minute displacement mechanism of a simple substance, by enlarging a displacement generated in a displacement generating element to two stages by using two displacement enlarging mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:When a piezoelectric element 6 is excited, its displacement is transferred to a point A1 generated along a straight line L1. A point P1 does not exist on the straight line L1, therefore, an elastic hinge 40a is deformed and a rigid body link 41 turns centering around the point P1. By this turning, a point B1 on the link 41 is displaced in the direction being orthogonal to a straight line passing through the points P1, B1. In this state, when the point B1 is set so as to become a distance P1B1>P1H1, the displacement of the point A1 is enlarged and appears. This displacement is transferred to a point A2 by a displacement transfer member 44. In this case, a rigid body link 43 turns centering around a point P2 due to a deformation of an elastic hinge 40e. In such a way, a point B2 on the link 43 is displaced in the direction being orthogonal to a straight line passing through the points P2, B2. In this case, by setting the same point B2, the displacement of the point A2 is enlarged and appears. This displacement is transferred to a point Q2 by a displacement transfer member 45 and becomes a displacement of a rigid body part 2. Accordingly, the displacement becomes remarkably large against a rigid body part 1.
