摘要 PURPOSE:To check whether wiring is correctly set or not before automatic adjustment of a power factor by providing an operation test means which successively makes and breaks capacitors at intervals of a certain time by a prescribed signal from a setting means. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic processing means 102 compares the reactive component of an electric circuit detected by a reactive component detecting means 101 with the making point level or the breaking point level where the power factor adjustment value is set by arithmetic data inputted by a setting means 105. The arithmetic processing means 102 outputs a making signal if the power factor adjustment value is lower than the making point level, and the means 102 outputs a breaking signal if it exceeds the breaking level. When the arithmetic processing means 102 outputs the making signal or the breaking signal, a control means 50 performs the making or breaking operation of capacitors 62a-62c to the electric circuit. An operation test means 108 successively makes and breaks all capacitors at intervals of a certain time at the time of input from the setting means 105. Thus, it is previously checked whether wiring is correctly set or not.
