<p>PURPOSE:To prepare the titled product free from the smell of class-B SHOCHU (low-class distilled spirits), having elegant taste and flavor and contributing to the promotion of health, by adding leaf or flower of bergamot to a secondary MOROMI (unrefined liquor) or ripe MOROMI in the preparation of class-B SHOCHU. CONSTITUTION:Leaves or flowers of bergamot are charged into a secondary MOROMI or ripe MOROMI prepared by the conventional process for the preparation of class-B SHOCHU. The objective product is obtained by fermenting and distilling the mixture in the case of secondary MOROMI or simply by distilling the mixture in the case of ripe MOROMI.</p> |
