PURPOSE:To prevent the discoloration of a color image and the yellow stain of a white group by incorporating a specified lipophilic fading inhibitor in a fine particle contg. a lipophilic coupler. CONSTITUTION:The titled material comprises one or more layers of silver halide emulsion layers dispersed a lipophilic fine particle contg. the lipophilic coupler therein, and said fine particle contains one or more kinds of the lipophilic fading inhibitors shown by formula I wherein R is an aliphatic or an aromatic group, etc., A is -N= or -N(-R')- group, etc., R' is hydrogen atom or an aliphatic group, etc., B is a nonmetal atomic group capable of forming a 5-7' members ring by linking with -A-N= group. The fading inhibitor shown by the formula is exemplified by a compd. shown by formula II. And, the compd. shown by the formula can be used by combining with a yellow, a magenta or a cyan coupler. |
