摘要 <p>A laminated dough is prepared and formed into a desired shape while being maintained at 10 DEG C (50 DEG F) or below at substantially all times. The dough is then fully proofed, frozen and stored in a freezer until needed at which time the frozen dough is placed directly in an oven without intervening thawing or proofing steps.</p>
