<p>PURPOSE:To securely and easily detect gas sealing pressure by finding the liquid pressure when a pressure difference enters a specific range first. CONSTITUTION:Gas is charged in the plug 5 of the accumulator 3 to set pressure and then the accumulator 3 is arranged in a liquid pressure circuit 2. Then a pressure measuring instrument 4 takes a measurement at certain intervals of time after the pressure is applied to the circuit 2 through a time measuring instrument 9 and a computer COP calculates the pressure difference in liquid pressure measured before and behind the time intervals. Then the liquid pressure when the pressure difference enters the specific range first is found as the gas sealing pressure. Further, the liquid pressure of the accumulator 3 is varied from higher to lower than the gas sealing pressure and the pressure measuring instrument 4 takes a measurement at certain time intervals to generate a pressure difference in liquid pressure measured before and after the time intervals. The gas sealing pressure can also be found from the liquid pressure when said pressure difference enters the specific range first.</p> |
