<p>Compounds of formula <CHEM> where X is -NR<1>R<2> or SR<4>; Y is amino optionally substituted by alkyl; Z is methyl substituted by alkoxy carbonyl or alkoxycarbonyl or Y and Z together may form a divalent group -X-Y- of formula <CHEM> . The compounds are useful in the treatment if neurological diseases of the pheripheral and central nervous systems of animals.</p>
