PURPOSE:To direct the radiating direction of an infrared signal in an optimum direction, by fitting an infrared emitting element vertically to a substrate, improving the fitting accuracy of the element, eliminating the fluctuation of the direction after the fitting and, simultaneously, providing a reflecting board. CONSTITUTION:For an infrared emitting element 3, a terminal 4 of the element is fitted at a short distance from a substrate 5 so as to be protruded in a vertical direction. A mirror 2 is fitted to a device main body 1 so as to be at theta=45 deg. by a fitting member 6. By providing the substrate 5 on a prescribed position in the device main body 1, the infrared signal generated from the infrared emitting element 3 is turned orthogonally by the mirror 2 and irradiated in a longitudinal direction X of the device main body 1 through an infrared transmitting filter 7. |
