<p>PURPOSE:To perform the vertical motion of a tray in a highly accurate manner by fitting a wired ball in a ball hole of each guide post at both sides of the tray rear, coupling all trays together, and rotating a take-up wheel, having feed grooves as much as tray numbers, clockwise or counterclockwise. CONSTITUTION:Each guide post 5 is projected to both sides of the rear of each tray 3, and a ball 7 of a ball-cum-wire 6 is fitted in the ball hole 5a. Consequently, these trays 3 are coupled together in the same space in the vertical direction by the ball-cum-wire 6 at the specified space. Each tray 3 is moved up and down as each tray box 5 is engaged with each feed groove 4a by c.w. or c.c.w. rotation of a take-up wheel 4 provided with feed grooves as much as tray numbers. In this case, the tray 3 to be reached to a sheet inserting port 13 is accurately kept of its vertical distance with the tray 3 being situated on the upper part by regulation of the ball-cum-wire 6 in the guide post 5 with each other. Accordingly, it can be accurately opened to a position of the inserting port 13 and, what is more, feed rate is speeded-up.</p> |
