<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and to prevent the generation of a defective product by pressing a part on a suction table with a swaying holding pawl and moving while holding it between the table and the holding pawl, and positioning it with a stopper of a guide rail, in a separate conveying device of semiconductor units fed continuously. CONSTITUTION:Semiconductor units 1a fed continuously on a guide rail 2 are transferred one by one on a suction table 4. Then, a pressing cylinder 14 is operated to sway a holding pawl 10 to press the preceding semiconductor unit 1a to the suction table 4 and holds it by the cooperation with the suction table 4, while a pressing cylinder 3 is operated to press the following semiconductor unit 1b. Then the unit is moved to the left while vacuum-attracting the suctioning table 4. And when the semiconductor unit 1a is contacted to the projection 15a of a guide rail 15 and positioned, holding by the holding pawl 10, and the vacuum attraction are released. In such a composition, the accuracy of the positioning can be improved.</p> |
