<p>PURPOSE:To make the formation of a sheet feeding structure and elements related thereto relatively simple and reduce the cost of manufacture by providing an opening/closing member tor opening a part of a feeding course, movably between a closed position and an open position on a device housing. CONSTITUTION:When an opening/closing member 52 is in a closed position, one side (the inside) of the opening/closing member 52 specifies a part of each feeding course (a first feeding course 40 and a second feeding course 46), and a sheet member fed from a first cassette type feeding means 32 is fed into a conveying course 28 through the feeding course 40 while a sheet member fed from a second cassette type feeding means 34 is fed into the course 20 through the feeding course 46. At the time of manually feeding the sheet member, on the other hand, the opening/closing member 52 is rotated in the arrow 96 direction into an open position. Thereby, an inserting opening 64 for inserting the sheet member into a device housing 2 is opened, and the sheet member is positioned on the other side (the outside) of the opening/closing member 52 and moved through the inserting opening 64 to be fed into the conveying course 28.</p> |
