<p>PURPOSE:To interrupt a power supply in any place by using a keyboard and a controller for control of plural flat display devices and at the same time adding a power supply control mechanism to each display device or the controller. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply switch 113 touches a contact 608, a cut-off request 609 of the power supply is sent to a processor 116. The processor 116 sends the request 609 to a controller 300 in accordance with the operation of communication. The processor of the controller 300 finishes a program under execution if detected and transmits a command for cut-off of the power supply to each of display devices 100-102. Then the processor 116 of each display device receives said command and gives a command 606 to a relay control circuit 605 to open a contact. Thus the contact of a relay 602 is opened and the power supply is cut off. Then the controller 300 cuts off its own power supply like the devices 100-102 after reception of the interruption command of the power supply.</p> |
