<p>PURPOSE:To fit automatically a rubber ring to the outer circumference of an inner ring, by combining an apparatus for expanding the diameter of the rubber ring and an apparatus for inserting the rubber ring to the inner ring. CONSTITUTION:A rubber ring 1a is expanded by means of an inner diameter expanding piece 15. Under this condition, only a piston 25 is moved to the left hand side for a very short time to make a condition that the rubber ring 1a may easily cover on an inner ring 3a. After that, the piston 25 is moved again to the right hand side. As the result, the inner ring 3a is inserted into the rubber ring 1a whose inner diameter has been expanded. The piston 25 is moved to the right hand side and a pinch roller guide 17 is moved downward to prepare automatically a pinch roller A wherein the rubber ring 1 is fitted on the outer side of the inner ring 3.</p> |
