<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a transfer paper curl to be produced at the time of heating and fixing by installing a pair of rollers shiftably in both conveying and rectangular directions of transfer paper. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of transfer paper heated and fixed by a fixing roller pair is advanced into a transfer paper conveying route of a transfer paper curl eliminator 40. The transfer paper is advanced forward along a transfer paper from guide plate 43 and reached to an intermediate roller pair. The transfer paper is held of its tip part between an intermediate-on roller 41 and an intermediate-down roller 42 and conveyed. At the time of a thin paper mode setting state, a rocker plate 45 is controlled so as to be moved to the lower part, and a thin sheet of transfer paper receives a concave state of straightening force. At the time of a thick paper mode setting state, the rocker plate 45 is controlled so as to be moved to the upper part, and a thick sheet of transfer paper receives a projected state of straightening force.</p> |
