PURPOSE:To obtain an expected slump value, by calculating the slump value from a value of load electric power of a mixer driving motor when kneaded and calculating and correcting a corrected amt. of water in accordance with the deviation and furthermore a real ratio of the sand surface water. CONSTITUTION:When materials are kneaded in a mixer 1, the value of electric power of a mixer driving motor is detected by means of an electric power detector 3. A computer 4 calculates a slump value in accordance with the value of electric power from the value of electric power when kneading ready-mixed concrete is finished, from an equation obtained in advance. Deviation between the slump value and a slump value for designing compounding is obtained and then, a corrected amt. of water is calculated from a relation between a value of deviation obtained by a test kneading in advance and a correcting coefficient of a unit amt. of water. Then, a real ratio of the sand surface water is calculated from this corrected amt. of water and corrected by a preset sand surface water III. It is thereby possible to reflect automatically the result to measure the water of the next batch in a measuring tank 8, to obtain the measurement of the water of the next batch based on the real ratio of the sand surface water, and to obtain an expected slump value without any skill. |
