PURPOSE:To make soft quality of flux in a mold and to make high quality of a product by using the flux for refining blending CaCl2 at the specific blend composition in the fixed range of the ratio of CaO/Al2O3. CONSTITUTION:After tapping molten deoxidized steel 8 into a ladle, the flux for refining of aluminum killed steel blending CaCl2 at 10-40% blend composition in the range of 1-2 the ratio of CaO/Al2O3 is charged in a tundish 1, to execute continuous casting. By such constitution, the high quality steel product having only spills can be easily produced. |
