<p>PURPOSE: To form a widely continuous attic space, and reduce members by arranging a roof supporting member of an approximately portal type at right angles with the flow of a sloped roof, mutually connecting the opposed upper edges of a roof panel and forming a ridge section. CONSTITUTION: Roof supporting members 4 are fixed to the upper section of a building body 1 with columns 10, and a pitched roof is supported. The roof supporting members 4 are formed by setting up at least upper chords 11 and vertical members 12 in an approximately portal type, and the roof supporting members 4 are arranged along the direction crossed at right angles with the flow of the pitched roof. The vertical members 12 of the roof supporting members 4 are disposed at places corresponding to the columns 10 of the building body 1 excepting a section just under a ridge section, and the corresponding upper edges 19 of roof panels 5 are connected mutually to form the ridge section 10.</p> |
