PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in strength, low-temperature properties, scratch resistance and hardness, by mixing an ethylene/alpha,beta- unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer, two ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymers of different densities or the like and other olefin polymers (at least one of these components is graft-modified). CONSTITUTION:15-77pts.wt. ethylene/alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer (A) of an MFR of 0.1-200dg/min and an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester content of 1-12mol.% is mixed with 10-50pts.wt. ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer (C) of a density <=0.89g/cm<3> and 0-20pts.wt. other olefin polymer (D) (e.g., polyisobutylene) so that the total may be 100pts.wt., provided that at least part of at least any one of these components is graft-modified with 0.01-1pt.wt. unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative), and 10-300pts.wt. flame retardant (E) [e.g., Mg(OH)2] is optionally added to the mixture and mixed. |
