In the method for detecting antigens or antibodies, a suspension of inert particles in aqueous solution is prepared, and an antibody or an antigen and a carrier-bound antigen or antibody are added in any desired sequence. After centrifugation it is possible easily to recognise the positive, weakly positive or the negative reaction by a single sample.
