PURPOSE: To automatically set printing sheet at printing position and print at a correct position thereon by calculating positional deviation of the printing sheet that has been set, and by setting up an operational processing unit to correct printing position in accordance with this calculated value. CONSTITUTION: Position of markers printed on figurated printing sheet 3 is detected by photo-sensor 20. Based on detected signal of this photo-sensor 20, positional deviation of the printing sheet 3 that has been set is calculated with operational processing unit 80 for sheet deviation. Printing position is corrected with operational processing unit 90 for printing information based on this calculated signal of positional deviation. On the other hand, the printing sheet 3 is set at printing position on the printing unit with sheet feeding control unit 100, and together, printing positional information (Xo ', Yo ') corrected by this processor 90 is sent to the printing control unit 110, and printing is conducted at the position where deviations θ and y of the printing sheet 3 have been corrected by printing mechanism 2. |
