<p>PURPOSE:To increase the heat insulating property, soundproofing property and waterproofing property of a panel for building, by a method wherein the recessed part of a surface member is filled with synthetic resin foam and both side ends of the surface member, which is in contact with opposite surface of a surface in contact with the surface member of the foam, are inserted between the inside projected piece of the surface member and the foam. CONSTITUTION:The section of a surface member 11 is provided with a recessed configuration substantially, and vertical ends at both sides of the surface member are bent inward once to form inside projected pieces 3a, 3b and, further, are bent outward to form outside projected pieces 5a, 5b. One of the outside projected piece 5a is provided with a step 7, parallel to the lengthwise direction thereof. Another outside projected piece 5b, having no step, and the inside projected piece 3b form an engaging groove 9, and the outside projected piece 5a of the other insulating panel, which is provided with the step, is engaged with the engaging groove 9, whereby the insulation panels are jointed with good rain drop prevention. Both side ends 15 of the surface member 13 are inserted into the inside projected pieces 3a, 3b of the surface member 1 and the surface of the foam 11 in the recessed parts, whereby a panel for building, which is prominent in heat insulating property, soundproofing property and waterproofing property as a whole and light in the weight thereof, may be obtained.</p> |
