摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure automatic starting even in the event of the outbreak of a middle or small rupture accident or transient event by using the different process quantity of suppression pool water temp. high in addition to dry well pressure high as the conditions for starting the automatic decompression system. CONSTITUTION:A 1st reactor water level low signal 11, the 2nd reactor water level low signal 12 for confirmation and a dry well pressure high signal 13 or suppression pool water temp. high signal 14 as well as a pump discharge pressure establishment signal 15 of a low pressure core cooling system are used as the conditions for starting the automatic decompression system. The holding water or steam flows out of the ruptured port to the dry well and the pressure high signal 13 is generated in the event of the middle or small rupture accident. On the other hand, the steam generated by the decay heat of the reactor core flows from a safety valve to the suppression pool and the pool water temp. rises in the event of a transient change. The automatic compression system is surely and automatically started even in the event of the outbreak of the middle or small rupture accident or the transient event by constituting the starting system in such a manner.
