PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive material with good superconductive characteristic without causing the diffusion between a substrate and an oxide superconductive layer by forming an oxide ceramic layer made of the specific composition as an intermediate layer on the substrate. CONSTITUTION:An oxide ceramic intermediate layer 2 is formed on a substrate 1, and an oxide superconductive layer 3 with the perovskite structure is formed on it. The oxide ceramic constituting the intermediate layer 2 has the composition expressed by the chemical formula ACuxOy (1<=x<=3, 2<=y<=5), where A is one kind of element selected from a group of IIa group elements, IIIa group elements in the periodic table and lanthanoide series. The oxide ceramic constituting the intermediate layer is difficult to be diffused on the substrate 1 as compared with the oxide superconductive material and serves a function to prevent the diffusion between the substrate 1 and the oxide superconductive layer 3. The diffusion is thereby prevented from being generated between the superconductive material and the substrate, and the superconductive material with excellent superconductive characteristic is obtained. |
