PURPOSE:To regulate the position of a heating resistor to an optimum position and to prevent a printing irregularity by disposing one or more heating resistors having the same different shape from a heating resistor for confirming a position at both ends of the heating resistor. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of heating resistors 4 which have varied shapes, from the same shape as a plurality of heating resistors 3 formed in rows to different shape in sector state from those, are disposed as heating resistors for confirming positions at both ends of the resistors 3 to confirm the displacements of the positions of the resistors 3 from a platen roller according to the coloring state of a thermal sensitive sheet. They can be regulated to optimum positions while confirming the printing at the positions of the resistors 3 to construct a recorder which does not need an accurate recorder construction, free of printing irregularity, thereby composing an inexpensive and compact recorder. |
