A foot massager has an inclined floor on which a grid of upstanding rubber nipples are mounted. A pair of adjustable sprayers are mounted on the floor and spray water upwardly on the soles of a user's feet between the nipples. Water drains down the inclined floor and is recirculated to an enclosed water tank by a drainage hole at the base of the floor. The unit includes an adjustable pressure pump and a heating unit for controlling the temperature of the recirculating water. In a second embodiment, the nipples may be mounted on a reciprocating support plate for providing a massaging action to the soles of a user's feet. The supporting plate is reciprocated by an eccentric cam on the shaft of a rotary motor.
