A locking pin 172 is pulled out from a hub 171 of a sprocket, a moving arm 40 is moved downward, a moving arm stop 52 is brought into contact with the upper side of the strain gauge 50, force is applied to a resistance object 34, the strength of the muscles of the waist is indicated by a scale.
