PURPOSE:To manufacture an ultra-thin rubber sheet of a rubber compound, by a method wherein the rubber compound is applied onto mold release paper by melting the same and an unvulcanized thin rubber layer of a specific thickness is formed on the mold release paper by volatilizing a solvent, which is heated and vulcanized and then the mold release paper is peeled off. CONSTITUTION:A rubber compound comprised of compounding, such as 100pts. NBR, 30pts. hydrous silicic acid, 15pts. DOP, 3pts. zinc oxide carbonate, 1pt. stearic acid, 0.4pt. sulfur, 1.5pt. Acc DM and 1.5pts. Acc TT are applied onto mold release paper after the rubber compound has been dissolved into an organic solvent such as ketone. Then an unvulcanized rubber layer having a thickness of 10-300mu is formed on the mold release paper by volatilizing a solvent by drying the same. Then the unvulcanized rubber layer is vulcanized by heating and pressurizing the same by a press under a state where the same is held on the mold release paper. Then an ultra-thin rubber sheet of a thickness of 10-300mu is obtained by separating the mold release paper. |
