PURPOSE: To prevent the performance of a printing plate from being deteriorated by forming a temporary bend across a sheet and applying heat to the sheet at least in the vicinity of the bend. CONSTITUTION: Plural louver outlets 22 for discharging air heated by an electric heating element 8 downward are provided on a horizontal plane 20 at the lower part of an air chamber 18. Meanwhile, a stainless steel bar 28 lifts a conveyor belt 24 halfway between gaps 6a and 6b. Therefore, the part of the conveyor on the upstream side of the bar 28 is somewhat inclined upward in a motion direction, and the part on the downstream side thereof the somewhat inclined downward. Since the printing plate supported on the belt 24 is carried to come closer to the air chamber 18 near the bar 28 than any other spot, the heat applied to the printing plate is increased in the case the printing plate is bent on the bar 28. The width of the outlet 22 is adjusted so as to turn to the above of the part of the printing plate passing on the bar 28. Furthermore, the concentration of the heat within the area of the bend part of the printing plate is increased. |
