PURPOSE:To form the title oxide-based film having excellent superconductivity by dissolving the alkoxides, etc., of a group of Mg, Co, Sr, and Ba, a group of Sc, Y, and lanthanoid, and an element including Cu in an org. solvent in a specified ratio, and dispersing the alkoxides. CONSTITUTION:At least three kinds of elements consisting of >=1 kind among Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba, >=1 kind among Sc, Y, and lanthanoid, and Cu are mixed in the form of >=1 kind among the alkoxide, acetylacetonato, carbonyl, carboxylate, and complex. The mixture is homogeneously dissolved by >=3wt.% in an org. solvent, dispersed, or suspended to prepare a coating agent. A surfactant is further added, as required. By using the coating agent, a superconductive film having a high critical temp. and a high critical current density can be easily formed. |
