PURPOSE:To produce the titled substrate free from the mutual fusion of the substrates, flaws, cracks, etc., by laminating a plurality of green sheets attached with alumina particles on the surface and sintering the laminate. CONSTITUTION:Alumina powder is kneaded with a binder, water and, as necessary, an additive and the kneaded mixture is extrusion-molded and dried to obtain a green sheet. Alumina particles of 60-150mum in diameter are attached to the surface of the green sheet. A plurality of the green sheets are laminated and sintered to obtain the objective substrate. |
