<p>The goods or personnel transport system comprises a monorail (1) on a support (2) and with a cushion at right angles to a core. The underside faces (1b) of the cushion to either side of the core are at less than 90 deg. to the adjacent core face (1a), extending obliquely (1a). A shuttle vehicle (3) travelling on the rail has a cabin above the axes of the supporting wheels, while below the latter is a chamber housing the drive mechanism. Supporting and driving wheels run along the top cushion face, while guide wheels bear against the core sides and safety wheels against the inclined faces.</p> |
