The process comprises coating on both sides, of 100 per cent cotton linen weave, with identical warp and weft thicknesses, with styrene-butadiene-carboxylate latex (30-35 per cent). A 20-30 % polyurethane resin unilateral coating is also applied. Foularding at 20-25 deg C for 10 secs., drying at 135-140 deg C, unilateral treatment with polyurethane resin, and repeat drying for forming over 2 mins at 6-6.5 kgf/cm2 and 145 deg C complete the work cycle.
